OUR DIRECTORS

EndState was formed by two Independent Management Consultants and two Commercial Recruitment Executives to fuse the strongest aspects of their existing businesses into a new model. This model, EndState, is designed to provide high quality Executive Headhunting and Recruitment Services for our clients, applying the relationship management principles of a management consultancy approach to our clients and candidates alike.


Our Directors possess a wealth of experience spanning a range of industries, having worked in a wide variety of senior positions within global PLC’s and as recruiters to multi-national corporations. Our ability to blend our experiences to present a fresh approach to the challenges our clients face in attracting and retaining talent drives real value and helps to avoid the hidden costs of recruitment.
